The Danbury Green Shopping Center is home to a hotel and top retailers including Trader Joe’s grocery store, Staples, Starbucks, and many more. Once a truck stop with extensive soil and groundwater contamination, this property was transformed into a mixed-use retail destination. To properly prepare the site for development, Tetra Tech Rizzo completed soil and groundwater remediation, litigation, and technical assistance during real estate negotiations.
