Westwood Station is an approximately 4.5-million square foot development on 144 acres. This new smart growth community will contain 1.3 million square feet of retail, 1000 residential units, 1.5 million square feet of office, two hotels, civic use space, and other compatible uses. Tetra Tech Rizzo is providing planning, site and civil engineering, and environmental permitting services. We have also tapped several other Tetra Tech companies, including Geotrans (Green Technology Services) and Cosentini Associates (MEP Services), to assist with related engineering tasks.
