Lowe’s Northeast Expansion

Lowe’s has been helping people improve their homes for more than 60 years. Today, Lowe’s owns and operates 1,225 stores in 49 states. When Lowe’s began its Northeast expansion, it assigned Tetra Tech Rizzo as a regional engineer for the New England market. As part of the Lowe's expansion team, our work has included conceptual planning and design of prospective sites, preliminary due diligence, Lowe's "Real Estate Committee" (REC) plans and graphics, permitting plans and reports, construction documents and specifications, environmental reports, and traffic analysis and reports. Lowe’s has awarded Tetra Tech Rizzo its distinctive “Engineer of the Year” award for outstanding service and responsiveness.
